In Independent Living, our campus offers an entrance fee with a lower monthly fee option and higher monthly accommodation option without an entrance fee. Monthly accommodation fees depend on the residence selected. A second-person fee applies for double occupancy. Paying an entrance fee up front is like an investment that secures your money and provides an ongoing guaranteed benefit of having lower monthly costs.

In Assisted Living, Manor of the Plains is a level of care community which means pricing is based on how much care a resident needs. Our community has five levels of care in assisted living.

In independent living, one daily meal is included in your monthly fee. Additional meals are available.

Our assisted living residents are provided three meals per day. The meals are included in the monthly accommodation rate.

We allow pets in independent living. Cats, small dogs, birds and fish are allowed upon approval. A $500 non-refundable pet fee applies

Assisted living residents are more independent and may be able to perform more activities and can get around as they like. They may need help with certain tasks, such as housework or bathing, but they can perform many tasks on their own. Long-term care is a solution for seniors living with chronic health conditions. They often need much more help from a dedicated caregiver, with tasks such as getting in and out of chairs, moving around, and more.

We’re HCBS-certified in Assisted Living which is equivalent to Medicaid. We also accept Medicaid-approved residents in long-term care.

Manor of the Plains provides the bed and nightstand. Residents or their loved ones will need to provide décor, dresser and any other additional furniture as well as clothes and personal items.
