Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America wins awards in international marketing competition

Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America (PMMA) recently received four honors from MarCom Awards. The international competition recognizes marketing and communications achievements for print, visual and audio materials.

PMMA received a platinum award, the highest award, in the Digital Media/E-communication category for the interactive independent living sales brochure. The recently re-designed and re-written community websites received gold awards in the Digital Media/Website categories for business to consumer websites and website design. The new giving site for PMMA received an honorable mention in the nonprofit website category.

The digital brochures are designed to be presented from an iPad or screen and give the presenter the ability to jump around between floor plans and other information about the community.

The newly redesigned community websites are designed with the consumer in mind, integrating community floor plans and gallery images as well as specific information about each community and their programming.

The giving website features stories about donors and the residents who benefit from giving to the organization. As not-for-profit senior living communities, PMMA campuses offer assistance to residents who outlive their financial resources through no fault of their own as part of the organization’s philanthropic mission.
