Close the history books and join us for a lively exploration of our nation’s longest-serving First Lady, Eleanor Roosevelt.

Eleanor Roosevelt has been named one of the most admired people of the 20th century. Now, thanks to an ongoing partnership with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Kansas, residents and friends of Lawrence Presbyterian Manor have the opportunity to learn more about her struggles and successes, from her complicated marriage to President Franklin Roosevelt to her activism for civil rights.
