My grandparents have lived at the Manor for about 6 years- IL, AL, memory care, and finally LTC. I had the privilege of being with my granddad a few days as he was on hospice and end of life. I was so impressed with the compassionate care that all of the staff have provided to both of my grandparents during their time at the Manor. 
Every single CNA, CMA, and nurse who came into his room was so caring and asked myself and the other family members if they could do anything for granddad, us or bring us anything. I have worked in a SNF for 17 years as a PT/DOR and I understand how stressful it is, especially during a pandemic, however when they came into the room, they sure didn’t show it. 
It gives me such peace knowing my grandmother is being well cared for. Keep up the good work!
