Our PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®) communities continue to receive high scores in monthly surveys with residents and their families.
The communities use the telephone surveys to gather customer feedback. Each month, residents and their representatives are randomly selected to participate in the surveys conducted by Activated Insights, formerly known as Pinnacle Quality Insight, a highly experienced customer satisfaction firm.
Our communities consistently score highly in categories such as:
- Safety and security
- Dignity and respect
- Cleanliness
- Communication
- Individual needs
- Move-in process
- Admission process
- Nursing care
- Personal care
- Professional therapy
- Dining service
- Activities
- Recommend to others
The graphics below show the scores of each community over a 12-month average ending in June 2025.
Besides rating our communities, residents and their family members can also offer comments and feedback. Here are some of the comments about our communities and our staff:
