SUMMARY:Art is Ageless Exhibit at Aberdeen Village
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the works of local artists during Aberdeen Village’s annual Art is Ageless® exhibit. \nThe exhibit will feature entries from area artists who are 65 years or older.\nIt will be open March 21 – April 25\, 2025 at Aberdeen Village\, 17500 W. 119th St. in Olathe\, Kan. \nThe exhibit will include acrylics\, oils\, photography and various other mediums\, ranging from amateur to professional levels. The exhibit is part of the annual Art is Ageless juried competition.  Winning pieces at the community level move on to a masterpiece level judging to determine which pieces will be featured in the 2026 Art is Ageless calendar and note cards.\nLocal competition winners will be featured on Aberdeen Village’s Facebook page and the Art is Ageless website. \nEntries of artistic works will be accepted from any area artist who is aged 65 or older until 5 p.m. on March 14\, 2025.  Entries must be delivered to the Village green Commons at Aberdeen Village. \nFor more information about the exhibit and how to enter\, contact Lauren Keller at 913-599-6100 or lkeller@pmma.org.

We’ll study the three ships in these disasters: Titanic\, Lusitania\, and Andrea Doria \nGuest Speaker: \nPaul Post is a native Kansan and received a bachelor’s in history from KSU and a law degree from KU Law School in 1974. Now retired from the practice of law\, he is a member of the Shawnee County Historical Society and an amateur beekeeper.
