In March, apartment and townhome residents braved a windy day to take an interesting tour of a Kansas town. They traveled to Alma, Kan., to see the Alma Creamery. The Alma Creamery is famous for its delicious cheese, made right at the creamery. Cottage apartement residents Paul and Ruth Dillingham, originally from Alma, Kan., were able to guide the tour throughout the city and recommend a delicious cafe for lunch. Following lunch, residents enjoyed an informative tour of the Alma Creamery and the opportunity to purchase its famous cheese.
