While our residents have been going to the American Legion for some time now, we are excited to have the residents’ families involved. Family members have been assisting with transportation on the first and third Mondays of the month. We also appreciate our staff members who are willing to work a little later to make Hamburger Night a success. The residents are really enjoying this activity and the opportunity to spend an evening out together. Some of our resident veterans are able to reminisce with other war heroes at these events, and it provides an ideal way to bond and share memories. For all our Manor residents, Hamburger Night is a great community event and a great way to socialize.
