Home | Recent News | Sterling | Drive-Through Voter Registration on Flag Day 02 Jun 2010 Drive-through voter registration at Sterling Presbyterian Manor on Flag Day - Drive-through lunch available for $5 donation In honor of Flag Day June 14, the residents of Sterling Presbyterian Manor will host a drive-through voter registration drive from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Members of the general public may register for the upcoming primary and general elections.
The drive-through voter registration will be held at the front circular drive of the Sterling Presbyterian Manor, 204 W. Washington.
The process is simple:
* Pull into the circle drive
* A voter registration form will be delivered to your vehicle
* Fill out the form and give it back to a volunteer, all from the convenience of your car or truck. The Manor ensures that all forms will remain confidential and will be delivered to the Rice County Election Commissioner.
In addition, Sterling Presbyterian Manor will be providing a hamburger meal for a $5 donation for those who are registering.
A reminder - If you were previously a registered voter but have had a change in name or address, you will need to register again unless you have officially changed your driver’s license. You must file your voter registration at least 15 days prior to voting in an election.
