Art is Ageless exhibit on display August 1 through 14

Celebrate local artists with the Art is AgelessTM exhibit at Aberdeen Village from August 1 through 14. The community is invited to visit Aberdeen Village at 17500 W. 119th, Olathe, KS to view works by Village residents ranging from photography to painting to crafts. Exhibit hours are 8:30 to 5:00.

“The talent of Aberdeen’s residents amazes me every year, and the exhibit is their time to shine,” said Mandy Sheldon, Aberdeen Village marketing director.

To recognize the winners in the competition, an artists’ reception will be held at 4:30 p.m. on August 11. Join us to meet artists participating in the juried competition and the exhibit. Refreshments will be served.

Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, the parent organization of Aberdeen Village began the competition in 1980 as a way to showcase the talents of residents and employees.Winners of the competition are featured in the upcoming Presbyterian Manor’s calendar, which are available for sale.
