Patricia Greenwald, left, and her mother, resident Margaret Hawkins, enjoy High Tea at the Union Cafe at Union Station in Kansas City, Mo.

Several of the Manor’s Red Hat Society members, staff and family attended a special event at Union Station in Kansas City, Mo. in July.

They enjoyed a High Tea at the Union Cafe and indulged in a menu of gourmet teas, assorted finger sandwiches, lemon cookies, smoked salmon, fruit tarts and cream puffs.

While the women tasted a variety of delicious treats, a violinist serenaded them.

The Red Hat Society members had a grand time together and enjoyed reminiscing about Union Station’s history.
