A contest to select works for the calendar, which represents retirement communities throughout the Presbyterian Manor system, began in 1980 and has been held annually since. With the addition of the local exhibit for the preliminary judging, the purpose is to generate positive awareness that aging may include finding new talents as we find the time to pursue interests set aside during our working years.
