Exercise equals ‘fun’ at the Village

Remember the late ‘70s and early ‘80s when disco was such a hit?

Well, here at the Village, disco is back! On Tuesdays and Fridays during our exercise group, it is possible to find some disco moves going on.

Residents certainly have fun doing some dance moves with fitness guru Richard Simmons as we watch his exercise videos. It is so much fun to see all the smiles on the faces of those who are exercising. We begin our workout session with a low impact yoga tape for 20 minutes and then it is 20 minutes of aerobics. We have so much fun, and everyone feels so good after we exercise.
