Wayne is a World War II veteran. He gave an entertaining and heartwarming speech about how our country has changed throughout the years, yet in many ways is still the same because its wonderful sense of patriotism is still very much alive. The dining room was decorated in red, white and blue, and residents were encouraged to wear red, white and blue. Not only did we enjoy a good speech, but Wayne led a prayer for our country. We enjoyed special music after the luncheon.
