Becky Miller, case manager at the Manor, nominated Hull because “she devotes her time and effort to ensuring that the residents who reside here are well taken care of and have their needs met above and beyond the standard norm,” she said. Hull has worked at Presbyterian Manor - Farmington since 1980, first serving as administrative assistant, then as interim administrator before taking the acting administrator position in 1993. Under her leadership the Manor experienced the expansion of the skilled nursing facility and memory care unit in 1996 adding 90 beds to the existing residential care and assisted living areas. The Manor recently received a five out of five-star rating on the Medicare.gov/Nursing Home Compare Website and deficiency-free results on the 2006, 2007 and 2008 state certification services surveys. The Presbyterian Manor - Farmington is home to 180 residents. It is one of 17 active living and wellness Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America communities in Kansas and Missouri. Celebrating its 60th year of serving seniors with quality housing options and services, Presbyterian Manors is one of the oldest and largest groups of not-for-profit communities in the nation. Craig Reinmuth, director of operations for the corporation, describes Hull’s management style: “Jane has exhibited kindness, strength, positive attitude, leadership and care for those to whom she has been entrusted. She is a role model for all executives in the long term care industry.”
