Musical performances usher in spring The Manor has played host recently to several music groups. The Lebo Choralaires visit the Manor each spring to perform a concert. They sing a variety of songs ranging from gospel to old time favorites. This group of ladies from the Lebo area always attracts a large audience. The Kansas City Summerfest musicians gave a mini concert in early May to a large crowd. The group of musicians featured Trusler Plaza resident Evelyn Hunsicker’s granddaughter, Mary Garcia Grant, on violin. In addition to the violin, the group also included a harp, viola, cello and flute. They played a program of chamber music. The Manor also hosted a performance by the Northern Heights Show Choir. The high school show choir has preformed many times at the Manor. We always enjoy their songs and dance routines. Thank you to these groups for sharing their musical talent!
