Manor residents and friends celebrated Easter with an Easter bonnet party and an Easter Egg Hunt.

On Maundy Thursday, residents and staff wore their finest Easter hats to an afternoon party.

Judges voted on their favorite hats and prizes were awarded. Judges Ken Hanson, marketing director, and Diann Smith, rehabilitation nurse, had a difficult time picking a winner. They decided to award prizes to multiple winners.

The winners were: Carol Hillers, Louise Gregory and Jennie Palmer, who received honorable mention. Rae Weast and Ruth Thompson were given the third place prize. Second place prizes were awarded to Mildred Eckel and Lujean Krause. The grand prize winners were Edna Glaser and Joyce Courtney. All of the winners are Manor residents.

Good Friday featured an Easter Egg Hunt in the Jones Health Center.

Residents and staff invited their families in to hunt candy and eggs in the Health Center hallways.

A large group of children roamed the halls with their parents searching for treats. Cookies and punch were served to round out the party.
