In addition to Bravo recognition, Presbyterian Manors offers these programs for the benefit of employees:

Continuing Education

Presbyterian Manors offers free continuing education sessions to keep our employees knowledgeable about the latest developments in senior care. System-wide network training sessions are held regularly for disciplines including nursing, human resources, environmental services, dining services, senior leadership and marketing. Other regular training includes skin care, dementia care, culture change and gracious dining.

Continuing education credits are bestowed free of charge to our employees through many of the training sessions, with authority for these session granted by the state of Kansas.

Tuition Reimbursement

Assistance with education-related expenses is available to employees for accredited educational programs leading to a certification, license or degree. Employees apply for the assistance and awardees receive a check upon successful completion of the course.
