Basic covered services with our basic day rate

  • Assessments and individual care plans
  • Three meals daily
  • Healthy between-meal snacks
  • Housekeeping daily
  • Personal laundry weekly
  • 24-hour nursing care
  • Security system bands for those who may wander
  • Cable TV
  • Activities and events
  • Social programs
  • Use of private phone room

During periods covered by Medicare, medication will be dispensed through the Manor pharmacy

Health Care Center Conveniences:

  • Wellness programs
  • Scheduled courtesy transportation
  • Hair salon
  • Living room for socializing
  • Dining room where residents choose their meals
  • Hair salon
  • Interfaith spiritual programs

Additional Services:

  • Personal telephone in room
  • Newspaper delivery
  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech therapy
  • Restorative on-going therapy program

We provide up to six levels of health care services. These may increase or decrease based on the types and amount of services your loved one needs. These services are available in addition to the level of care, and depending on the level of care provided may be in addition to the daily rate or included. The Level of Care assessment provides an initial level at which your loved one receives services and this is adjusted as their needs change.
