Apartment homes and townhomes come equipped with:

Refrigerator
Stove with oven

Washer and dryer (Townhomes and some apartments)
Mini blinds on windows (and patio doors in townhomes)
Carpeting in living and bedrooms areas; quarry tile in bathrooms; vinyl flooring in kitchen (and adjacent utility room in townhomes)

We repaint each apartment or townhome as it becomes available and replace appliances and flooring as needed.

As a complete retirement community, independent living residents have priority access to assisted living and heath care accommodations should the need arise, based on availability. If you should need a temporary stay in our health care center, the Benefits Program helps with the additional cost. This benefit is calculated based upon your specific residency agreement.
