We repaint each townhome as it becomes available, so if you’re next on the reservation list, we will contact you about selecting a paint color that complements your furnishings.

Townhome residents receive priority consideration for other levels of living if needed, based on availability. If you should need a temporary stay in our health care center, the Benefits Program helps with the additional cost. This benefit is calculated based upon your specific residency agreement.
