Presbyterian Manor of Kansas City is a not-for-profit retirement community that serves a diverse population with primarily health care, rehabilitation services, and memory support programs for those with Alzheimer’s or related dementia. A limited number of assisted living apartments are also part of our Manor community, situated in a park-like seven acres in Kansas City, Kansas.
Now in its 40th year, Presbyterian Manor has been there for those who needed us most and for those who simply wanted the peace of mind that the Manor's caring staff provides.
While our health care center is the area of care often called a “nursing home,” we are not what you would expect. Our activities program has brought the residents to a Luau, a Manor Olympics, Mardi Gras, and many other fun and stimulating events. They’ve attended the T-Bones baseball games and visited Cabela’s store that’s like going on an outdoor adventure throughout the three-story building.
Remodeling projects the past three years have helped make care and service delivery more efficient in the resident-centered programs, and added The Arbors, a section of health care studios for those who are staying with us short-term to take advantage of the excellent rehabilitation services.
Located on the west side of Kansas City, Kansas, cultural and shopping opportunities surround the Manor. It’s in a residential area with a nicely landscaped park on the hill behind the main building. We have been serving Wyandotte County residents since 1968. You’re invited to visit us at our virtual tour, or in person anytime.
