Assisted Living Covered Services at Presbyterian Village of Fort Scott

Our standard services come with our base fee, with additional services and support available on an as-needed basis or if a higher level of assisted living care is required based on the Level of Care Assistance Plan. We use person-centered planning to ensure that residents are as independent as they can be and encourage them to stretch their limits.

Assisted Living services that come with our standard rate

  • 1 delicious meal daily
  • Weekly housekeeping service
  • Weekly laundry service
  • Utilities
  • Local telephone service
  • 24-hour availability of trained staff
  • Emergency call system
  • Activities, health programs and events at the Manor/Village
  • Spiritual programs

We offer up to five levels of services of Assisted Living services. These are adjusted as needs change and each level comes with additional services or increased levels of the services in our standard rate.

Additional Fee Services

Additional meals are available for those unable to cook, or staff may help prepare meals in a resident's apartment if the need arises. We have a range of services to meet assisted living residents’ needs. From transportation to a hair salon to in-home rehabilitation services depending on the level of care, services needed that are not covered by the monthly fees will be charged on an as-used basis.
