 Entrance deposits for Aberdeen Village apartment homes are 90 percent refundable to you or your estate should you leave Aberdeen Village. Deposits vary by apartment size and style.
Upon selection of your new home, 10 percent of the entrance deposit will reserve your apartment with the balance due upon move-in. Monthly fees are also based on the size of your apartment and whether one or two people will reside in the apartment. We are happy to assist you in comparing the cost of Aberdeen Village living to what you are currently spending on your home.
The Highlands Assisted Living, Whispering Meadows Memory Support neighborhood, and Health Care Center do not require an entrance deposit. Residents in the Highlands pay a monthly fee based on the size of apartment and added services required, while Health Care residents are charged a daily rate for the scope of services.
